Microcrystalline Wax / Microwax

Our EPIWAX, Sasolwax and Shell microcrystalline waxes improve flexibility, binding and moisture resistance performance in a wide range of applications. We have a full spectrum of high quality food and pharmaceutical grade microcrystalline waxes, with a wide range of penetration values. They are commonly used in Adhesives, Polymer Modification, Inks and Coatings, Textiles and Polishes, Candle, Personal Care and Gum Base. Our in-house microcrystalline waxes ( EPWAX M225 and M728) , are US FDA grade suitable for food contact. Sasolwax 0907, 1800, 3279, 3971 and 3975 ( no added BHT) are FDA compliant and suitable for use in gum base formulations. In addition, all Sasolwax microcrystalline wax grades comply with COLIPA requirements for lip care products.
